Julie provided the professional advice and personal service we needed in the sale of our condo. Shortly after we listed with Julie, we were called away on a family emergency. Julie volunteered to make sure that the condo would be ready to show and arranged for needed room painting and carpet cleaning. Julie and Joan are wonders in the real estate world. They not only provided blood, sweat, and tears to help us find our new home in the middle of this crazy housing boom but were patient to the Nth degree with our questions and concerns. We were buying a new home in Florida for a primary residence while living in Ohio. Julie was amazing in her responsiveness to adjusting our search criteria as well as arranging and conducting virtual tours. I never thought I'd be comfortable buying a home with just a FaceTime video walk through but that's exactly what we did! Julie walked us through all steps needed since it had been 22 years since we'd last bought a house and a lot had changed. She assisted with forms and local contacts to complete all inspection needs. She did all this with managing a crazy client load and yet was always pleasant on the phone and responding at all hours of the day and into the night. I did fly in to see the home before our inspection period was up and met Joan who showed me through the house since Julie was traveling. That's what I call teamwork! We highly recommend both Julie & Joan.
